Steve’s varied interests span the gamut from collecting vintage electronics to hand-building guitars, epitomizing his interest in the intersection between science and art. These have all led to a focus on people and any technology that can be leveraged to make the human experience better. In addition to his Master’s of Science in Data Analytics in progress, Steve is a technical and business generalist; having over 18 certifications with ServiceNow, ITIL, Data Sciences, Project Management, and Leadership.

With a PhD in Behavior Analysis, Kristyn knows people are the most important investment. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience to help people better understand behaviors and motivators that lead them to excel in life and work. Kristyn has, and continues to, publish articles on behavioral science in peer-reviewed journals, is an award winning behavioral designer, and has years of experience passing this knowledge on to master’s and doctoral level students of behavioral science.
