CEO & Founder
STEVE TAYLOR
Steve’s varied interests span the gamut from collecting vintage electronics to hand-building guitars, epitomizing his interest in the intersection between science and art even running an art studio collective for over 15 years. These have all led to a focus on people and any technology that can be leveraged to make the human experience better. In addition to his Master’s of Science in Data Analytics in progress, Steve is a technical and business generalist; having over 18 certifications with ServiceNow, ITIL, Data Sciences, Project Management, and Leadership.
In June 2011, Steve took over his first ServiceNow implementation as a customer. Shortly after, Steve took his new passion even further when started the Utah SNUG in August 2011. In 2013 Steve led the first financial services LOS integration for loan servicing on platform and used ServiceNow to build systems like loan operations and post closing for Secondary Market Sales. In 2016 he moved from customer to consulting, helping CaskNX get off the ground. By 2019 he went to play in the IOT space and took the role of product director for Volteo’s IoT practice, before starting Zendicoded in March of 2021 to show the world how ServiceNow and a good idea can make going work and the work we do all about the people its serving.

Kristyn Peterson
With a PhD in Behavior Analysis, Kristyn knows people are the most important investment. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience to help people better understand behaviors and motivators that lead them to excel in life and work. Kristyn has, and continues to, publish articles on behavioral science in peer-reviewed journals, is an award winning behavioral designer, and has years of experience passing this knowledge on to master’s and doctoral level students of behavioral science.
